ATTORNEY NICHOLAS LONCAR

Nicholas Loncar is a criminal defense attorney, first licensed to practice law in California in 2012.  In 2020, Loncar expanded to practice in Arizona.  In Los Angeles, Loncar devoted his time primarily defending serious and violent felony cases, with an exemplary record of success.  Loncar's achievements include earning dismissals and acquittals of dozens of life sentences, and numerous more big trial victories.  Placing client interests first, and devoting the necessary time and resources to important cases has earned Loncar a very strong reputation in the legal community, and awards such as a perfect 10.0 Avvo Rating, the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and Top 100 Trial Lawyers awards, Martindale-Hubbel's prestigious AV-Preeminent, Super Lawyers' Rising Stars, and others.

ATTORNEY ARIANNA PRICE

Arianna Price has extensive experience in appellate and habeas corpus law.  As a student at Loyola Law School, Ms. Price worked at the student-run Project for the Innocent clinic and focused her studies and work around criminal law and state and federal post-conviction law.  After law school, Ms. Price continued her work with Project for the Innocent as a post-graduate fellow.  During her time with Project for the Innocent, Ms. Price was involved with the release of six clients.

Ms. Price is knowledgeable in the case law and legislation relevant to post-conviction litigation and habeas corpus procedure, as well as being aware of which issues are relevant to such claims of wrongful conviction, and has experience in civil rights litigation under 42 U.S. Code § 1983.  Ms. Price has worked on cases involving the deprivation of prisoner's rights, violations of protestors' rights, and compensation for the deprivation of liberty due to wrongful conviction.

Ms. Price is known for winning on paper through her strong motion-writing, earning her clients excellent results, including no jail time plea deals in very serious cases, and more.
